Organization websites and the site editor

Build and publish your organization's website at your own address.

Every organization can publish a website at youraddress.phreak.space. Owners and admins edit it from the console, under Site Editor.

The editor

  1. Open the organization console and choose Site Editor.
  2. Pick a starting template, or choose Start from Scratch. The templates are for different kinds of group, such as coding, security, gaming, hobby clubs and startups.
  3. Add and arrange blocks from the Block Library: navigation bar, hero, text, features, about, footer, a contact form, and embeds such as YouTube, Twitch, an RSS feed and a pivot sheet.
  4. Or use the Code tab to write your own HTML and CSS. In code mode the block controls are not saved.
  5. Your changes save to a draft. Press Preview to see it, and Publish Live to put it on the internet.

You can unpublish at any time. Published pages are cleaned on save and again on publish.

What is not allowed

Scripts, forms that post to other sites and external resources are removed for safety. The only form you can use is the built-in contact form.

Contact form messages

Messages sent through your site's contact form land in the Public Inboxes section of the console. Only owners and admins can read them. You can mark each one as handled and reply by email.

The Block Store

The Block Store lets you share blocks you made with other organizations and install blocks that others shared. Shared blocks can be reviewed and removed by the site's staff. You can import blocks into your own library too.

Rules

You are responsible for what your site publishes. See the upload rules guide and the terms.
