Acceptable Use Policy

This policy says what you may not do on phreak.space. Breaking it can get content removed and accounts suspended or closed without refund, and some things are reported to the authorities.

Never allowed

• Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors, in any form. We remove it, preserve evidence and report it to the proper authorities.
• Pornography and indecent material. It is strictly banned everywhere on the Service, including private files, albums and organization sites. Nudity or sexual content is not hosted here, whatever its rating.
• Non-consensual intimate images, doxxing, stalking, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence against people.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, botnets or command-and-control, and anything used to attack other systems. Legitimate security research tools and write-ups are fine when they’re not being used against people who haven’t agreed to it.
• Content you don’t have the right to share, including pirated software, media and leaked private data.
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, or content that breaks the law where you live or where we operate.
• Impersonating other people or organizations.

Photos

• Every photo must be rated safe-for-work or NSFW when uploaded. Rate honestly. Mis-rating may get photos removed and the account restricted.
• NSFW photos never appear in the public photo feed. Public safe-for-work images may be hotlinked by other sites; don’t upload anything public that you don’t want shown elsewhere.
• “NSFW” is for things like strong language in a screenshot, graphic injuries or gore, or mature themes. It is not a place for pornography or nudity, which stay banned.

Pings and public posts

• Pings, pongs and echoes, and the photos attached to them, are public content: anyone can read them, they are not end-to-end encrypted, and everything in this policy applies to them. Don’t use them for spam, harassment or illegal content, and don’t try to game the Relay with extra accounts or repeated posting.

Keeping the service healthy

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abuse of invites, contact forms, chat or direct messages.
• No evading limits, scraping at a rate that harms the service, or probing for weaknesses without our permission. If you find a security problem, tell us.
• Don’t use the Service to mine cryptocurrency, run open proxies, or serve as unmetered storage for someone else’s traffic.
• Organization admins must keep their sites and rooms within this policy.

Reporting and enforcement

Report content with the report buttons, or report copyright problems with the DMCA form. We may remove content, quarantine files, hide an account’s content, suspend or ban. Repeat or serious violations mean permanent bans. Decisions are made at our discretion.
