Plans and billing

The Pricing page and your Billing page always show the current plans and prices. Prices can change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

The member plans

• Free. Browse, search and download. Photos, albums, direct messages, joining organizations. Downloads wait 20 seconds and run at a limited speed. You cannot host files.
• Basic. The same as Free, with bigger photo uploads.
• Pro. File hosting with a large storage allowance, bigger files, no download wait and no speed cap for you, and the largest photo uploads. Pro members can create organizations and receive invite codes.

The exact limits, such as the storage allowance and the biggest photo, are shown on the Billing and Photos pages.

Paying

Billing is run by Stripe. Open Billing, pick a plan and a term, and press Subscribe. You are taken to Stripe to pay. When you come back your plan updates within a minute. Longer prepaid terms, such as three months or a year, cost less per month.

If online payments are not switched on for the site, the page says so.

Managing a subscription

On the Billing page, press Manage billing and invoices. Stripe's page lets you update your card, download invoices and cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. If a payment fails your access continues for a short time while the payment is retried.

If you use two-factor authentication, starting checkout or opening the payment page asks you to confirm a recent code first.

Storage packs

If you need more space than your plan gives, you can add storage packs from the Storage section of your Billing page. See the guide on storage packs.

The managed Git repository is a separate add-on that works with any member plan. See the guide on Git hosting.

Encrypted plans

Encrypted Pro and Encrypted Organization plans are shown as coming soon. They cannot be bought yet.

Organization plans

Organizations have their own plans and only the owner can buy or change them. See the guide on organization plans and seats.
