I did not get the verification or reset email

1. Wait a few minutes. Email is not always instant.
2. Look in spam or junk, and in tabs such as Promotions. The email comes from the address no-reply or noreply at phreak.space. Mark it as not spam.
3. Check the address. The email goes to the address on your account. A typo means it never arrives. The banner in your member area shows the address we have.
4. Ask for a new email. For verification, press Resend email in the banner. You can ask only a few times in a few minutes. For a password reset, use the forgot password page again. A reset link works for 60 minutes, and only the newest is safe to use.
5. Use the newest email. Older links stop working.
6. Try another address provider if yours blocks new senders. Some providers hold mail from new domains for a while.

For password reset, the page gives the same answer whether or not the address has an account. That is on purpose, so it cannot be used to find out who is registered. If you are not sure which address you used, try the others.

If you are a paid member and still stuck, send a support ticket. Do not include your password.
